DCS-25F Quantitative Packing Scale is researched and developed by our co***ny and has the independent intellectual property rights. It is the new high-performance automatic quantitative packing scale being used in light industry, medicine and other industries; and is suitable for packing powdered materials such as flour, starch, feed, food, chemicals, etc.
Working Principle:
The main configuration of the packaging scale are weighing mechanism, feeding mechanism, the body frame, control systems, conveyors and bag sewing machine. Bags were manually set into the feed opening, then toggle the bag clamping switch, after receiving the signal the control system drives the cylinder to grip the bag; and meanwhile starting feeding mechanism to send the material in silo into the packaging scale, feeding mechanism is double helix feeding which will stop on reaching the target weight, then automatically drop the bags on the conveyor, the conveyor will transport bag backwardly for seaming, so a bag filling process completes.
